Depressing week, 절망적인 일주일

이번 일주일 동안 어마어마한 손해를 봤다. 

구글은 당연히 전에도 말했다시피 15퍼센트 이상 떨어졌다. 그러나, 중요한 것은 나의 다른 포트폴리오 나의 아픈 손가락인 Fintech 회사들이 바닥을 치고 있다. 

 

나는 왜인지 핀테크 회사를 좋아한다. 왜냐하면, 우리는 소비하기를 좋아하고, 비자나 마스터카드는 이윤도 정말로 좋고 내가 자주쓰는 회사라서 더 좋아한다. 그러나..... 코비드가 지나고 약 블록과 페이팔은 약 50 퍼 이상씩 떨어졌다. 

 

하.... 내가 잘못선택한것인가 라는 생각이 자주 든다. 그래도, 미래를 위해서 투자한다고 하는 것이라고는 하지만, 어떠한 주식이 약 50 퍼 이상 떨어지면 멘털이 나간다. 아픈 손가락 들이다. 

 

블록은 아직 이익을 만들지않은 회사이고 성장하는 회사이기 때문에, 그렇게 하는 것이 이해가 된다. 그런데, 페이팔은 왜 그런 것인가? 패이 팔은 이베이에서 떨어져 나와서 계속 이윤을 만드는 회사인데, 블록이랑 같은 패턴으로 떨어지고, 오히려, 더 떨어지는 것이 더 이해가 안 간다.

 

원래는, 주식의 패턴을 이해하지 말라고 하지만, 그래도 이해가 안 간다.......

"I suffered significant losses this week.

 

As expected, and as mentioned before, Google dropped more than 15%. However, what's more concerning is that my other portfolios, the Fintech companies which are my sore points, have hit rock bottom.

 

I don't know why, but I like Fintech companies. It's probably because we love to consume, and companies like Visa and Mastercard have really good profits and I use them often. However... after COVID, both Block and PayPal dropped by more than 50%.

 

Sigh... I often wonder if I made the wrong choices. They say you invest for the future, but when a stock drops by more than 50%, it's mentally draining. These are my sore points.

 

Block is a company that hasn't made a profit yet and is growing, so I understand its situation. But why is PayPal like this? PayPal, since its separation from eBay, has been consistently profitable. It's puzzling that it's following the same pattern as Block and even dropping more.

 

They say not to try to understand stock patterns, but I just don't get it...."
